Job Description:
- Actively participate in technical discussions, propose solutions to process issues, and assess feasibility.
- Independently develop new process experimental plans, analyze experimental results, and draw conclusions.
- Participate in equipment process parameter tuning, anomaly analysis, aiming to improve yield.
- Analyze and improve site process anomalies to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
- Assist other departments in completing site process debugging and validation, and provide rational suggestions.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of project proposals and drive project progress.
- Responsible for evaluating and accepting the performance of site equipment.
- Assist in investigating yield losses and propose targeted improvement solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Physics, Materials, Chemistry, Electronics, or related STEM fields.
- Familiar with semiconductor process flows, including coating, etching, photolithography, cleaning, defect detection, etc., and background knowledge in semiconductor physics, process devices, or integrated circuit design.
- Proficient in process flow monitoring, process quality control, SPC control, with experience in process maintenance, document formulation, and personnel training.
- Solid knowledge of DOE principles, including experimental design, execution follow-up, result analysis, and technology transfer.
- Excellent logical analysis and execution abilities.
- Outstanding ability to handle pressure and adapt to sudden events.
