The chip adopts Hongshi Intelligent's original hybrid stack structure (Hybrid Stack Structure), which combines two wafer bonding technologies with one quantum color conversion technology, cleverly realizing the integration of blue and green epitaxial wafers and the accurate presentation of red light. The innovative design of the hybrid stack structure not only simplifies the manufacturing process of MicroLED chips, but also achieves a qualitative leap in photoelectric conversion efficiency, opening up a new path for the development of single-chip full-color MicroLED display technology.
